At Empower Zambia, our mission is to aid in the alleviation of poverty in Zambia through the context of business development, business training and micro loans. Empower Zambia desires to be a tool used by the entrepreneur to establish individual sustainability and promote the same in the community in which they live

Our Mission
Our Mission
Entrepreneurs participate in a week long training class, focusing on the ideas of individual and communal sustainability, as well as basic business principles and practices. Upon the completion and revision of business proposals, each individual is distributed a small loan. Following the training and loan distribution, months of follow up sessions, personal consulting, and repayments occur.
